Verdict: Both use LFP-based packs and share similar cold-charging sensitivity, so the winter gap is smaller than the spec sheets suggest. Peak charging is nearly identical (Bolt 150 kW vs. EX30 153 kW), but the Bolt's NACS connector has broader charger access in the US than the EX30's CCS.
